Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Chāmpo® hair care ritual, but if a product isn't quite right for you, we offer a 30-day return policy. Simply return your items in their original packaging to receive a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original Chāmpo® box or a similar protective mailing carton to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
